Dynamics CRM Business Analyst 6 months with potential extensions Remote (UK) ££ Inside Ir35 With one of Lorien's top banking clients The successful Dynamics CRM Business Analyst will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics as well as the following -

• Detailed functional knowledge/experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Extensive Experience required with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (MVP Status)
• Significant experience in the banking sector across retail, commercial and investment banks with experience delivering to front (RM/Sales) and back (Operations, Risk) office teams.
• Mapping business processes to core Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform capabilities, along with stakeholder management in iterations of product delivered by the CRM programme.
• Experience with the successful delivery of a large CRM change programmes.
• strong stakeholder management
• Agile WOW
• Need to undertstand the details behind Dynamics - Expert knowledge
