
IT Service Support Analyst - Hybrid Working - 3 Month Contract
Our Public Sector client are currently recruiting for a IT Service Support Analyst to join on a 3 month initial contract, inside of IR35.
The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:
- Experience of providing second level support within a busy IT department, using a Service Desk management platform.
- Experience of providing support to Windows 10.
- Experience of providing support to Azure services and applications.
- Experience of providing support to Windows Server 2012/2016/2019.
- Experience of providing support for Office 365 e.g. Exchange, Sharepoint, One Drive.
Qualifications
- HNC in computer-related subject.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate, or at least two years of experience in the delivery of IT support processes.
Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows client and server, Microsoft365 and Azure platform technologies.
Planning & organising
- Ability to plan and deliver own workload to meet the response times required by IT service level agreements for incidents and project timescales for IT development projects.
Team Working
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the IT Team to achieve desired outcomes.
- Contribute to service improvement within the IT Team including active participation at Team meetings.
