Organisation Change Manager

£521 a day Outside IR35 - Fully Remote barring Team Meetings (1/2 times a month)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Development and implementation of ITSM BCM strategy
• Change Impact Analysis: High Level CIA based on technology and business requirements/ Detailed CIA based on Target Group requirements and ways of working
• Change Action Plan: CAP to be defined based on impact identified for each group - Outlines the steps required to mitigate each identified change impact, and when they will be taken
• Stakeholder Analysis : Engage and foster relationship with Senior Stakeholders / Building relationships with individual teams and associated stakeholders
• Build Champion Network: Identify and leverage change network to support delivery, adoption of technology and behaviour. and develop it's capabilities to delivery ongoing support of BAU Teams
• Change Readiness Tracking:: Track change readiness throughout project phase, identify gaps and implement additional change interventions
• Undertake Training Analysis, to identify suitable cohorts for training (that meet training criteria), where applicable support colleagues in accessing training
• In collaboration with the Data and Discovery team produce a Go / No Go Checklist and ensure this signed off for each team that is onboarded to the platform
• Substantial experience of working across Business Change disciplines on large scale (ideally ITSM, ServiceNow) transformational projects and programmes
• Experience of managing transformation project lifecycles
• Able to demonstrate subject matter expertise with a strong understanding of business change best practices
• Able to demonstrate an understanding of project management and lifecycles, including knowledge of phase and gate review processes
