We are actively recruiting for a 2nd Line Support Technician to join our client's team on an initial 6-month contract.
Role Purpose
Opportunity to work with a Global customer account, at their main Head Office, Globe House, in London.The role itself encompasses as a 2nd Line Support Technician and Managed work place Technician, managing fault calls, service requests and planned changes, Smart-Hands support and staffing the 'TechDeck' - an in house equivalent to Connect IT. (PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, some hardware repair) Windows 10 and Office 365 familiarity will be desirable. This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.Call management will progress from the New Service now platform.Some project work may be required and some flexibility to attend local sites in London area if required.
