Java Developer - new job in London, UK

Are you a Java Developer looking for a new role?

My client is currently looking for an experienced Java Dev to assist with Microservices management across their company. You'll be determining and implementing IT business and security requirements, resolving high priority defects and deploying fixes to production systems, all while assisting with quality control and project management.

You'll need to have extensive experience in building large scale enterprise, and implementing important solutions. You'll also need experience with distributed computing and low-latency multithread solutions, and experience in Java, Springboot, Oracle PL/SQL, and one other scripting language (Shell, Python etc). Experience with multi-tier applications and security standards (HTTP, TLS, REST/SOAP etc), and experience with IAM products is also needed to be considered for the work.

The initial contract would be for 6 months, with scope to extend beyond this, and the rate on offer for the work is £590/day Inside IR35. The work would be remote at first, however you might be needed in the London office over time.
