Implementation Anlayst - new job in Edinburgh, UK

Implementation Analyst 6 months with potential extensions Remote (UK) With one of Lorien's top banking clients ££ Inside Ir35 What they will do:

• Provide support to the implementation manager.
• Supporting implementation planning & readiness for the various workstream migration weekends (run as implementation command & control events) with specific focus on the Technology activities.

Knowledge and experience:

• Would also consider a strong BA with prior implementation analysis / management / change management experience.
• Experience of deployment in a Technology function..

Key responsibilities of the Implementation Manager that the analyst will be involved in:

• Create the Technology schedule of events & arrange SoE walkthroughs/reviews..
• During the event, run additional triage calls to tackle issues which arise but have no critical path impact on overall event and provide updates to the Implementation Manager.
• Responsible for ensuring all activities are carried out during the deployment, coordinated & validated in line with the implementation plan, collate and communicate regular status updates, identifying and escalating risks and potential incidents, issues and blockers as required, to ensure visibility of progress for all relevant stakeholders.
• Engage with key business technology teams for task input when collating SOE.
• Promote continuous improvements, including planning and coordination of a deployment retrospective (lessons learned) to identify opportunities to improve processes and techniques to maximise quality across future deployments.
