Workday Financials Consultant - Remote Working - Inside IR35

Our client, a leading global Professional Services company, are currently looking to hire a Workday Financials Consultant with strong experience of Functional Planning and Functional Security to join the team on a contract basis.

Skills and Experience:

• An understanding of the key finance business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes.
• A specialist knowledge in an ERP process area (i.e. Order to Cash (Receivables, Cash Management and Collections), Projects to Results (Costing and Billing), Acquire to Retire (Assets), Source to Pay (Sourcing, Procurement, Payables and Payments), Record to Report, Plan to Perform)
• Ideally ERP experience would be on Workday Finance experience but if not experience of either Oracle, SAP or Coupa with a willingness to undertake Workday training
• An understanding of the functional, application and technical architectural elements of an ERP programme.
• Prepare configuration & other design documents (Functional specification, Solution design document)
• Experience of Financial concepts (required for Cloud ERP Implementation projects)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Projects
• Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills
• Ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling and succinct way in written and verbal communications
• Good attention to detail and an ability to analyse and use data in decision making
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with ability to balance competing priorities
