IT Lead - new job in Dundee, UK

IT Lead - Dundee / Remote - 6 Month Contract

Our Public Sector client are currently recruiting for an IT Lead to join on a 6 month initial contract, inside of IR35.

The successful candidate will have the following skills/knowledge:

• Proven experience of delivering successful IT systems development, transformational change, technology projects and inspirational leadership.
• Budget management including development of business cases.
• Experience of managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience of presenting to senior management and board members to enable strategic decisions to be made for the organisation.
• Experience of delivering mobile and agile working initiatives.
• Proven experience of effective stakeholder engagement to support the delivery of shared/collaborative outcomes.
• Successful track record of project implementation with delivery on time and to budget.
• Contract management, negotiation and monitoring.
• Experience of delivering a service design approach to digital transformation in project planning.
