Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer/DevOps Engineer (Edinburgh)Business Lorien is happy to be working with a rapidly growing streaming platform producer, offering users the chance to watch and follow the content they like, free of the awkward logistics or barriers that you might find from other providers. Due to large consumer growth, they are expanding their development team and hiring a Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer with skills across AWS, Terraform and Kubernetes.The role As a Senior Systems Infrastructure Engineer, you will have a considerable influence on the team's vision, technical solutions used and execution of tasks from start to finish. What your day might look like:

• Supporting the wider team by producing infrastructure for new services and features
• Ensuring the platform runs smoothly, maintaining uptime, high security, and responsiveness
• Working with other Senior Engineering professionals to assess tech budgets and ROI
• Managing and supporting infrastructure/clusters/configuration/automated processes using a variety of technologies (e.g. AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, etc.)

About you The ideal candidate will possess some or all the following:

• Strong skills across AWS (incl. S3, RDS and Lambda etc.), Terraform and Kubernetes
• Track record of working with logging and monitoring solutions (ideally with Prometheus/Grafana)
• Configuration management expertise and ability to quickly implement development/testing environments
• Ability to maintain Kubernetes clusters, as well as design automated processes for their deployment
