IT Support Analyst - Sunderland - £32,000 + 30% Additional Shift Allowance The Company:Lorien Global are working in partnership with one of the worlds largest battery manufacturing companies. With the global landscape requiring an increase of battery power and the demands on innovation in the sector, my client has experienced a huge amount of success. The Role: Your role is to provide streamlined and effective support to the business to ensure the business critical infrastructure can be maintained. You'll be part of the team developing the highly available system infrastructure, working alongside Server, Network and Storage Specialists in these areas. We're looking for someone who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to adapt to changing environments. There are excellent opportunities for development in this role, working as part of a team and structure training programs to help you progress. This role will be required to work shifts and the rota will cover a 24/7 shift pattern, this is why you have a shift allowance applied. The Skill Requirements: The successful candidate will have experience in most of the following areas:

• Management and Administration of Windows Server (up to 2019)
• Knowledge of virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V/VMWare)
• Familiar with Networking Principles and Practises (WAN/ LAN/ TCPIP/ DNS/ etc.)
• Some understanding of using SQL for database queries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
