- Informatica experience (ADVANTAGEOUS)

Help deliver the chatbot, microservices and telephony based technology solutions based on the Solution Design and detailed user stories and requirements

- Work with internal and external teams to fully understand the detailed user stories and requirements and translate these for the engineering teams to prodce the technical deliverables required

- Understand and support programme and project delivery cycles incl. project governance

- Understand and support the delivery of the business and technical roadmap, maintaining and considering architecture, delivery principles and development best practices

- Engage with the delivery team, participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand up's

- Support and deputise for the Release Train Manager

- Deep technical analyst skills working on customer-facing digital systems, incl. microservices and API based architecture

- Experience in financial services or other regulated industry is required

- Experience of working with 3rd parties would be an advantage

- Background/exposure to working in an Agile Programme and a Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment environment.

- Knowledge of digital change delivery (Mobile, web and microservices)

- Knowledge of API and cloud delivery (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud and/or internal cloud provision)
