2nd/3rd Line Engineer - Liverpool - Permanent - £40,000/year - new job in Speke, UK

My client is a IT support company, based out of Speke near Liverpool, and they are looking for a 3rd Line Engineer to join their team providing remote support to their end users across all aspects of IT, from Servers to Desktops.

You'll need to have previous experience in a similar 2nd/3rd line support to be considered for the role. You'll regularly be working with Windows Server (2008 and onwards), VOIP, Windows 7 and 10, MS Office, Active Directory, O365, LAN/WAN, and Routers/VPN/Firewalls, so any experience with these would be useful. You'll also need some experience with IOS, and you'll need to have excellent Customer service skills, as you'll regularly be dealing with end users with the most serious problems.

In return, my client is offering a salary of up to £40,000/year, and excellent opportunities to progress within a quickly growing company.
