Technical BA - EForms

Lorien's leading Banking Client is looking for a Technical/ digital Business Analyst to work on their eForms platform. WFH - a few days a month in London office 8 month initial contract Competitive Inside IR35 rate

• Past experience in cloud-focused projects using Agile, where analysis is spread across the team with this role leading quality of this analysis. Experience ideally in platforms utilising the NWG WebSDK, bonus would be involvement in UX. Responsible for helping refine the platform backlog, translate business needs into platform stories, update of eForms platform Confluence to remain the key information radiator bankwide for eForms and driving forward I2V governance for the platform across the team.
• eForms is supported by the bank-wide CDIOs, CTO and CDAO to become the bank's strategic platform for smart web forms - providing Customers and Colleagues with electronic completion, dynamic sections, bank branding, real-time data validation, e-submission and integration with Bank services (e.g. e-signatures, ID&V, core systems) to drive automation and reduce cost-to-serve alongside improved Customer experience.
• eForms is leveraging strategic bank technology patterns (e.g. form authoring service built on the bank's WebSDK so Colleague authors of form templates can drag-and-drop form components from a component library into the form they're creating with no/low coding, supporting "citizen developers") to create re-usable features and components that can be leveraged across domains who will have the independence to create, publish and support their forms in a federated manner.
