
PMO Analyst - Contract
A role responsible for supporting the PMO range of activities to enable the effective and timely delivery of projects within the workstreams of a programme. This includes providing administrative support, producing reporting MI and the required material for all governance and control activities
Key Responsible and knowledge for this role includes:
- Identifies, assesses, manages and reports risks, taking proactive personal responsibility for 'doing the right thing' in compliance with regulatory requirements and our frameworks and policies
- Takes accountability for tracking mitigating activity by risk and issue owners, taking responsibility to individual risks as directed by the PMO or Programme Manager.
- Develops a clear view of what the project delivery teams and the business require as customers from a PMO function.
- Builds strong working relationships with programme team members and stakeholders in order to support effective delivery of PMO responsibilities
