Hybrid working 2 days in London

My client are a huge British Corporation and they are looking for a User Researcher on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid 2 days a week in their brand new London office based in Southwark Street.

Responsibilities

• Identifying insight gaps and forming the right research approach to explore them
• Planning and executing research end to end (recruitment, facilitation, analysis)
• Collating data and insights to build a strong and holistic view of the customer and/or problem space
• Presenting insights with impact, making them memorable and actionable
• Bringing each core team you're working with along the research journey to enable buy-in, collaboration and alignment
• Facilitating workshops to enable teams to act on user research findings
• Working closely with insight teams across the business to gather existing insights and share new ones (Conversion Rate Optimisation, Market Research, Analytics)
• Presenting back to the wider team and business to further socialise insights

Key Skills

• Proven success in running end-to end-research projects
• Demonstrable experience of problem definition and facilitating product discovery across multiple disciplines
• Experience in delivering insights at pace in agile scrum environments or similar
• Experience in facilitating workshops to move teams from insight to action
• Experience in working with CRO teams and understanding when and where to use user research and/or CRO methodologies
• Knowledge of lean approaches, working closely with optimisation specialists and data analysts to drive evidence-based decision making
• Understanding of HCI principles and best practice
• Experience in service design methodology is desirable
• Experience in gathering behavioural data desirable (e.g., Google Analytics, Decibel, Content Square)
• Experience in a similar User Research role
• Expertise using tools such as Miro, Excel, Optimal Workshop desirable
• Happy working at conceptual and detailed levels - adjusting techniques and approaches as necessary
