Business Analyst - Insurance

Our client, a global specialist insurance company, are looking to hire multiple Product Analysts to join their digital transformation team based in their London offices. Having recently kicked off a large change programme, they're making multiple hires across the business.

You'll be working on the Risk and Regulatory piece, with one of the technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that leverage the business in the market. These range from major initiatives, small enhancements and BAU support across the different business functions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Product Owner to understand business needs and goals
• Conduct analysis work to understand current state and identify to-be future state operating models
• Facilitate workshops to elaborate Epics and capture and document user stories
• Manage backlog with product owner to ensure prioritisation
• Assist in testing outcomes ensuring they meet business needs
• Manage stakeholders at all levels through to C-suite

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience working on business and technology change programmes on Risk Management projects
• Financial services background - insurance preferred, London Markets experience
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Great written and verbal communications
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
