Our Financial Services client is looking for a highly skilled Investments Risk Manager to join their Wythall based team for a 6 months initial contract.

THIS ROLE SITS OUTSIDE IR35

What We're Looking For Essential * Experience and/or understanding of operating in a regulated Asset Manager with detailed knowledge of relevant operational risk and regulatory requirements associated with one or more of Trade execution, fund pricing and accounting & custody. * Evidence of building and maintaining wide stakeholder networks and relationships across a large organisation. * Continuously maintaining and developing technical knowledge (regulatory, legislative etc.) and applying this in conjunction with significant business awareness in order to provide review, challenge and advice. * Excellent communication skills and gravitas including experience of reporting and presenting at senior management / executive level. * Demonstrate sound risk awareness and judgement. * UK Travel will be required at times. Desirable * An understanding of life and pensions operations. * A professional qualification or related degree
