Lorien's long standing client, a leader in their sector with a growing and consistently award-winning product line, are looking for a D365 Technical Consultant to join their team based near Edinburgh, many of which we introduced to the organisation ourselves! Outline of the role:

  • Gathering, analysing and supporting requirements
  • Designing, developing and maintaining reports for departments across the business and presenting data via visualisations
  • Configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 and other 3rd party products to provide solutions for any arising business barriers
  • Work with external partners to deliver relevant D365 projects as well as with the wider internal team to lead on/contribute towards other activities
  • Support the safe implementation of solutions to production environments via ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
  • Document and contribute towards process improvements while sharing best practice

The skills/knowledge they'd like you to have:

  • Dynamics 365 ( Customer Engagement )
  • Working knowledge of Power Platform ( Power Apps / Power Automate / PowerBI )
  • Reporting ( SSRS / Power BI ) and SQL Server
  • Application Lifecycle Management ( ALM ) skills
  • Ideally knowledge of Azure
  • Customer focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good awareness of risk management
