Role

Working with this fantastic company, I'm looking to speak to passionate Digital Merchandising Leads Executives who are looking to push their careers to the next stage and join a fantastic brand. As Digital Merchandising Lead, you will take responsibility for driving sales and conversion while collaborating with wider ecommerce teams to deliver exceptional customer experience

Essential Skills:

• Confident decision maker with high levels of ownership to effectively deal with fast changing environments.
• Strong analytical skills to cut through challenges in a complex and dynamic marketplace
• You will demonstrate sound leadership and communication skills using a variety of perspectives to build agreement around an agenda
• High level understanding of current e-Commerce trends & challenges
• You are able to build long-term, collaborative engagement with stakeholders from different parts of the business and levels of seniority
