The Role
As the newly appointed CRM Campaign Executive you will develop CRM strategies and campaign to support calendar-led campaigns and curating newsletter content by liaising with the relevant teams.
liaising with PR, Social and Legal teams while writing agency brief for campaigns base on strategic and campaign goals, covering email, push and in-app. You will constantly review performance of campaigns through test and learn approach continuously optimising performance, monitoring competitor activity with a finger on the pulse of trends within the industry.
You will review and proofread email campaigns using campaign management and email marketing platforms to ensure brand tone of voice is synonymous across and delivering a overall best in class customer experience.
The Person
As the newly appointed CRM Campaign Executive you will possess demonstrable knowledge of CRM systems as we know how transferable these skills can be, coming from a food, retail, or beverage background (other sectors may be considered). You will have a strong understanding of CRM KPI's, segmentation and operational processes behind data and trends that influence them with knowledge of current trends and innovations.
Excellent attention to detail and a great communicator who is digital savvy and passionate about all things CRM and marketing is imperative in this role. A person who can immerse themselves into a brand and culture that embrace diversity and encourage people to be their most authentic self.
