
Service Operations Manager - Digital

Our Leading cultural organisational client are in need of a Service Operations Manager to join them!You will be manage the early-life operations based on the client's new operating model.
Key Responsibilities
- Defining the operating model's SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Identify and define core ITIL processes, incident, change, capacity management etc.
- Service monitoring and alerting, including availability and performance
- Security management and interfaces to IGRM
- Service continuity strategy
- Supplier management (e.g. AWS, Auth0, Uploadcare)
- Liaising with other internal teams, Dev, DevOps, Web Application Protection, GIS etc.
Key Skills/Experiences
- Managing IT operations in a production digital environment.
- A great understanding of ITIL and Service Management
- AWS
- Experience of working with agile development teams and understands the relationship between dev, devops and operations.
- Strong experience of managing multiple 3rd party suppliers.
- Familiarity with agile service management software, ideally Jira.
- Flexibility of working unsociable hours when required to manage out of hours upgrades
