Job Title: Retail Change manager
Contract - Inside IR35
Rate: 500 - 575 PD
Majority of the time will be remote with few travels into office/stores based in Leeds/London
Length: 6 Months
The ideal candidate has responsibility for all change management activities of the Back of House Device replacement project. This will also include hardware and software changes within the stores around UK. You will ensure that the business/employers are prepared for the change and manage the successful adoption of the changes. Candidates will need to have experience working in back of house operations within a retail environment.
Responsibilities
The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
