Senior Project Manager - DV CLEARED (inside IR35)

• Lorien Global have partnered up with a Global IT service provider.
• We are actively recruiting multiple DV (Developed vetted) Senior Project Managers for an initial 6-month contract.

This role will be working on site 5 days a week based in Basingstoke, with occasional expensed travel required to customer sites.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• We are looking for multiple DV cleared Senior Project Managers to ensure that all development teams are conforming to the Engineering Process (following a Scaled Agile Framework), identifying, and implementing improvements to this process through CSI and ensuring testing is performed as per the process. This is more a people role than technical; it requires a more social and outgoing role as it requires the individual to inspire the teams - they will be quite joined up with the customer as the Engineering Process underpins our development activity. Management of teams ensuring conformance to across all teams to the Engineering Process (end-to-end delivery approach) and enhancing the approach via Continual Service Improvements (CSI).

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Project manager certifications such as: Prince2 , PMP Six sigma
• Ideally agile certifications such as ACP / Agile Certified Practitioner, scrum master.
• Demonstrated experience working as a senior Project Manager.

• A valid DV clearance is required for this role.
