IT Graduate - Inside IR35.

Lorien Global have an exciting opportunity for several requirements for IT Graduates who are looking to make a move into the IT industry. This role will be working for a Leading Global IT Service Provider on an initial 6-month contract.

The successful candidates will be required to work on site 5 days a week in Oxford.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and action queries via our in-house ticketing system
• Maintain lines of communication between the IT department and all areas of the business
• Coordinate a complex set of systems to set up new users and create accounts
• Assist in the installation, upgrading and maintenance of desktop and voice infrastructures
• Carry out desktop/laptop rollout and replacements
• Stock Check
• Ordering Stock
• Weekly Stock Checks
• Booking In stock
• Amensty Booking in stock
• Ensuring process of stock in stock rooms is followed

Requirements: Candidates will ideally have an understanding of:

• Windows 10
• Microsoft Office and other desktop packages
• Email & web browser troubleshooting
