Android Engineer (Mid to Lead) - London (remote) - £45k-£90k

Business Our client is one of the world's largest e-commerce companies, stocking over 850 brands and operating in all 196 countries. They are seeking Mid - Lead Android Engineer for their Customer Experience department through a remote model based out of London utilising the latest technologies to exceed customer's expectations.

The role The company is looking to constantly improve upon the success of their Android app and this role will be heavily involved in the delivering of top-quality projects, collaborating with design team, plus working in an agile, cross-functional team. The business is very customer centric and given this nature, the role would be closely looking at consumer feedback, ensuring mobile solutions are delivered to a high quality.

About you

Our client has stated their ideal candidate is passionate about mobile development and can find solutions to complex problems and lead discussions on technical architecture. Who they'd like to meet:

• Experienced and passionate Android developer
• Comfortable with Kotlin
• Previously work with RxJava
• Familiar with Agile / Scrum

With over 8 million users on their mobile app, this position will require someone who has previously worked on large scale mobile applications, and made contributions to the Android community, such as Github and blog posts.
