On the back of a boom in business, they're in the process of significant internal investment including the renovation of their R&D centre and a wide recruitment drive across their tech function.

Right now they're looking to add a new recruit into their Embedded Software squad - much like those we have introduced to the tram ourselves already who love the place - in the shape of a Senior Embedded Software Engineer.

Here's some of what you'd be getting up to:

• Developing code to be used in key products made by the firm and used by customers around the globe
• Using your skills to integrate developed software with hardware offerings
• Being part of a cross-functional tech team working on exciting and cutting-edge products
• Help the engineering function to improve as you work and contribute to the scoping of wider development activities as you go

Here are the kind of skills/knowledge they're looking for:

• Strong track record of C programming and good understanding of Object-Oriented Software Engineering
• Hands-on skills across Embedded Software and Hardware Integration, Verification and Testing
• Knowledge of low-level driver development as well as Microcontroller interfaces
• Good grasp of Real Time Operating Systems (RTOS)
