Our successful Glasgow based client is a leader in the creation of bleeding-edge products for industries including medical research, renewable energy and more. On the back of a boom in demand, they're now in the process of significant internal investment including the renovation of their R&D centre and recruitment across their tech teams.

Right now they're looking to add some new recruits into their exciting Embedded Software Engineering squad - much like those we have introduced ourselves who love the place already - including Mid to Senior level Software Engineers with strong C programming skills.

Here's some of what you'd be getting up to:

• Developing code to be used in key products made by the firm and used by customers around the globe
• Using your skills to integrate developed software with hardware offerings
• Be part of a cross-functional tech team working on exciting and cutting edge products
• Help the engineering function to improve as you work and contribute to the scoping of wider development activities as you go

Here are the kind of skills/knowledge they're looking for:

• Strong track record of C programming and an Object-Oriented style approach to Software Engineering
• Hands-on skills across Embedded Software and Hardware Integration, Verification and Testing
• Knowledge of low-level driver development as well as Microcontroller interfaces
• Good grasp of Real Time Operating Systems
