Job Title -Agile Performance Lead Rate - £600 p/d (Outside IR35) Location - Remote Start Date - ASAP We are currently recruiting for an Agile Performance Lead for a major player in the betting and gambling industry. This position would make you responsible for improving the capability of teams, shining light on delivery processes, and providing radical transparency of areas for improvement. They help teams find a sustained path for continuous improvement, discovering and predicting potential problems and recognising specific areas which, if improved would ultimately increase productivity, predictability, and efficiency. Essential:

  • Expert in Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development
  • Highly experienced in an Agile background
  • Can provide expert consultancy on delivery best practice
  • Be able to take a hands-on approach, not just facilitating or imparting knowledge

Desirable:

  • Worked previously as an Agile Performance Lead/Delivery Lead/Scrum Master or equivalent
  • Come from an ecommerce or betting and gambling background
  • Software development background or understanding of the SDLC
  • Have coaching and facilitations skills/qualifications

It is vital that you can think globally as well as locally, considering not only how an improvement could benefit one team, but also how this could be leveraged and impact multiple teams across multiple business areas. As an Agile Performance Lead, it is also important that you give all your team members a voice. You must understand that this role is not about command or control, it is about influencing the team and building trust and relationships. You will understand the entire initiative delivery process including kick off, active and closure and have an expert understanding of delivery requirements and how to facilitate (e.g., Kick off workshops, identifying dependencies, identifying risks, scrum of scrums etc).
