Cloud Technical Specialist

A global leader in learning and development solutions are currently looking for a Cloud Specialist to join their team in an exciting period of growth. The role is fully remote with their head-quarters based in Dundee, Scotland. The role is responsible for developing the successful adoption of cloud services and working closely with the Change Delivery and Security Architecture teams.

The Role:

• Ability to create technical designs to support the Change Delivery programme
• Working mainly with driving cloud services such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and SAAS applications
• Responsible for building and the deployment of technical solutions
• Identifying issues and risks whilst also providing relevant recommendations and improvements on the current platform
• Working closely with the Service Delivery team and support the full cycle of a Change Delivery process
• Assist in the identification of prevalent issues and fixes for major incidents where required

About You:

• Track record of good vendor management and engagement whilst working closely with key stakeholders within ET and wider businesses
• Proven knowledge of keeping up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies
• A thorough understanding of implementing security by default within our design and deployment with adherence to Insights Security and Data Protection
