We are ecstatic to be working exclusively with this high-end luxurious skincare brand, famed for its cult classics and avant-garde approach to beauty, offering the most advanced and top-of-the-line skincare with a personalised skin analysis by experts as a unique and most advanced beauty method. Due to an insane growth internationally and stocked in some of the globally most recognised retail stores they are now looking for an eCommerce Manager to come join its dynamic team.

As the newly appointed eCommerce Manager you will be responsible in the day-to-day management of the website and optimising user journeys while implementing a strategy for 2022.

Other key responsibilities within the role would include;

  • Product data management, ensuring all product data is on the website such as images, descriptions, product details and prices
  • Manage the overall critical path to get product information and ensure all personnel within the business are aware of deadlines
  • Maximising merchandising opportunities
  • Liaising with the wider marketing team to supply web exclusive styles, GWP's and offers
  • Ensuring all inventory is available in advance of planned site launches, updates, marketing campaigns and promotional activity
  • Online sales budget control and forecasting - identify reports on trends in trading performance and sales forecasts for peak trading periods online
  • Monitor competitor analysis and have a finger on the pulse of ongoing beauty trends within the market
  • Measure online conversion ways to improve conversion rates
  • Web Analytics, Monitor & Measure site performance
  • Driving cross-/up-sell to increase UPT and AOV, with responsibility to analyse impact and optimise
  • Optimising the website customer experience / journey, feeding into decisions on content, functionality, and layout across the site (e.g. homepage, navigation, PDP)
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to upload content to the site
  • feeding into the CRM strategy and email planning

As the newly eCommerce Manager you will have demonstrable experience of eCommerce platforms such as Google Analytics with a minimum of two years managerial experience in managing a team/individual, coming from a Fashion/Beauty or Luxury brand background (other sectors may be considered).
