Description:
Our client, a well-known organization in Middlesbrough is looking for an Inventory Control Coordinator to join a team. This is a key role in the Central Property Store, responsible for the safe and efficient storage, retrieval, and tracking of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and dispose of property in accordance with procedures
- Ensure that all property is accurately recorded on the NICHE property software system
- Collect and deliver property between the Central Property Store and other police stations on a daily basis
- Report to the Central Property Store Manager and/or PFI Facilities Manager, but be able to act on own initiative to maintain the highest standard of service
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Central Property Store Manager or PFI Facilities Manager
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Process and procedural background
- Ability to work through all levels of the police service
- Ability to work independently
- Customer-focused approach
- Team player
You must have a full UK driving license and be able to drive a large van
