Senior Business Analyst - Marketing Technology

Contract - Inside IR35

Hybrid - 1-2 times per week in London office

Are you a Senior Business Analyst with experience of marketing projects (B2B or B2C) ideally using Bloomreach or Marketo or similar with strong stakeholder skills proven at a senior level?

My client is a media and publishing company looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their Marketing Technology(Martech) team in their London office.

You will play an essential role in owning and progressing the analysis activities in the Martech team. This team supports multiple business areas to try and adapt a more customer-oriented approach to marketing. Having recently implemented a new marketing automation and customer data platform, the team is now focused on building it into the core driver for all marketing activity with investments in technology, data and process consolidation. The team is also supporting internal customers to expand the use of across new use cases and user groups, and enabling new features and capabilities.

As a Business Analyst you will play an essential role in owning and progressing the analysis activities. Working in an Agile team with a Delivery Manager, Product Manager, Tech Lead, another Business Analyst and Engineers.

Desirable Skills:

• Bloomreach or Marketo implementation experience
• Marketing based background
• Understanding of subscription based offerings to customers
• Excellent stakeholder skills at a senior level
• Discovery stage experience
• Confident and outgoing personality
