Senior External Communications Manager

Senior External Communications Manager Glasgow/Home6 Months Inside IR35 Our Public Sector client is looking for a Senior External Communications Manager to join there team on a 6 month initial contract. This role would suit a candidate with Public Sector experience.

Essential Criteria

• Experience of strategic communications planning and management of delivery across communications, marketing campaigns and digital channels, using a programme of continuous improvement and learning.
• Extensive experience of media relations, including responding to media enquiries, writing press releases, and supporting media interview bids.
• Experience of working well with stakeholders at various levels of seniority (internally and externally), with an ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Experience of project/programme management including excellent organisation skills and ability to coordinate communications activity being delivered across multiple teams.
