Operational Resilience Support Manager

12 months with potential extensions Hybird working- 6 days per month in either Edinburgh or surrounding London Areas ££ inside Ir35 With one of Lorien's top banking clients The skills you'll need We're looking for someone with a good understanding of operational resilience disciplines and regulatory expectations, coupled with strong influencing, communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to operate effectively at all levels. You'll need a good understanding of financial services, and experience in IT or operational risk management. Ideally, you'll also have experience of supporting complex scenario planning or testing. In addition to this, you'll demonstrate:

• • Good knowledge of key technology services and service delivery and management disciplines
  • A basic understanding of the key elements of relevant operational resilience regulations
  • Good knowledge of risk management and controls in financial services
  • The ability to support stakeholders through each phase of the end to end attestation process for important business services
  • A basic understanding of the key principles of business continuity and how to support stakeholders with the implementation
