PMO Analyst- Insurance

We are currently hiring for a PMO Analyst with Insurance/ Financial sector experience to join one of our Insurance clients on a 6-month contract.

Inside IR35

Remote- occasional travel to the office

Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings and workshops to support programme and coordinate stakeholder reviews and deep-dive sessions.
• Experience collaborating with project and programme managers to ensure projects are on track and issues are escalated
• Awareness of the program financials and procurement processes by coordinating with Shared Services
• Review and analyse programme resource allocation and capacity management to ensure efficient and timely resourcing. Working with suppliers to identify and onboard resources
• Supplier Management experience, manage business resources, including contractors and Statement of Works for Consultants
• Improve existing project management office policies and processes
• PMP / Prince 2 certified
• Global project experience
• Insurance/ Financial sector experience .
• Experience with portfolio reporting tools, Office 365 (Microsoft Teams/ SharePoint Online), Microsoft Project, and data analysis tools such as Power BI
