• Milton Keynes onsite 1-2 days per week

This is a Network Security Project Manager contract role working in the Security, Network and Infrastructure space of a Financial Services Organisation. The team are undergoing a review to upgrade and improve obsolete areas within the space.

The key responsibilities for this role includes:

• Lead delivery of several projects or programmes within agreed scope, time, and budget to achieve the target business outcomes and benefits, within cyber security programme.
• Use agile Kanban boards for delivery which are underpinned by individual project plans, incorporating risk, issues & lessons learned from the past. Flex competently and pragmatically between delivery, best practice project management, and light-weight delivery management.
• Facilitate effective project and programme governance and identify, engage, and build effective relationships with project stakeholders at all levels of the group.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, align diverse business needs and drive effective decision-making and prioritisation concerning scope of work, requirements, and product deliverables.

The key experience and knowledge required for this role includes:

• Knowledge and experience in delivering cyber security and technical infrastructure projects.
• Key experience will be encompassing network security, firewall infrastructure consolidation/ obsolescence remediation, Algosec firewall automation & VPN migrations combined with cyber security operating centre technologies and business analysis process knowledge.
• They will have several in-depth specialisms within the project delivery discipline including stakeholder engagement, business case development, infrastructure project management, risk & issue management, service transition, business change, product selection & procurement, supplier management & governance.
