Planning & Reporting Analyst (Excel) - Supply Chain 3 Months Outside IR35 Hybrid Working (3 days in the office) LondonMy client who are unique retail business are looking to recruit a Planning & Reporting Analyst on an initial 6 month contract, to join their team based in London 3 days a week. Please note this role is Outside IR35. As a Planning & Reporting Analyst, your role will be to consolidate and centralise procurement forecast for Retail and wholesale. Reconcile and analyse main variations of forecast and propose recommendations to improve accuracy of data. Identifying improvements in the plans in order to achieve product delivery on-time whilst Booking RM, manage monthly buy and maximising production capacity to offer flexibility within the supply chain. It will be a cross functional position.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconcile and centralise the Global forecasts
• Consolidate Retail + Wholesale forecast for the Replenishment assortment
• Book raw materials for replenishment assortment
• Manage Monthly Buy for Replenishment assortment & the communication with Sourcing
• Analyse data and challenge of demand, trends explanation and risks identification
• Build trackers and files to monitor forecast and orders
• Manage the administrational queries between Replenishment Team & Sourcing
• Responsible for data management in the systems
• Propose recommendations to Global Planning teams on forecast phasing and improvement of data accuracy
• Assist in the preparation of S&OP meetings
• Implement methodologies to improve forecast accuracy and monthly bias
• Implement methodologies to improve long term forecast visibility at material level 12-18 months rolling forecast
• Prepare updates of demand changes, RM & OTD for weekly meetings

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Proficiency in data management
• Advance skills in Excel
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving and experience in Supply Chain would be advantageous.
• Well-developed communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with cross-functional teams
• Experience with IT Systems and Data administration
• Experience with SAP would be advantageous
