Operational Resilience Manager

Operational Resilience Manager 6 months with potential extensions Remote working with potential office days in either Edinburgh/Manchester/Bristol ££ inside Ir35 The skills you'll need We're looking for someone with excellent management skills and experience, and the ability to motivate others through a period of significant change. You'll need strong influencing, communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to operate effectively at all levels. You'll also need a good understanding of financial services, and experience in operational risk management. Ideally, you'll also have experience of delivering or supporting complex scenario planning and testing.In addition to this, you'll demonstrate:

• • An excellent understanding of operational resilience disciplines and regulatory expectations
  • An awareness of the new operational resilience regulations, including Important Business Services
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to support stakeholders through each phase of the end to end attestation process for Important Business Services
  • An understanding of the key principles of continuity planning and how to support stakeholders
