Salary: up to £42K base + package, including annual bonus

Hybrid role with travel to the office in Stratford-upon-Avon

You will be helping to create a positive employee experience including ensuring PIP are successful, maintaining healthy retention ratios and progressive career ladders.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and resolve employee related issues though objective investigations.
• Establish relationships with business groups, providing People guidance when needed.
• Analyse trends within the HR function to create solutions and programmes for employee learning.
• Collaborate with the management team to create positive work relationships, boost morale.
• Ensure there is increased retention and productivity within the business

Experience

• Experience in a Business Partner role for at least 2 years will be highly beneficial.
• Proven track record working with recruiting, employee relations, people operations and compensations/ benefits
• Ability to show discretion and sounds judgement when working with sensitive and confidential information.
• Experience solving moderate to complex issues using internal and external resources when needed.
• Experience working with Global Talent would be great!
