CRM Executive - Luxury Retailer - £35k

I am looking for a CRM Executive to join a luxury retailer, you will need to be driven and ambitious with prior experience in a similar role.

As a CRM Executive you will be responsible for the day to day coordination and management of the omni channel campaigns to support the CRM strategy; from building to delivery.

You will work across, email, SMS, e-receipts and manage the content and creation of new acquisition and loyalty programmes.

Location: Watford

Salary: £35,000

Hybrid Model: 2 days a week in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Taking lead across the day to day planning, coordination and execution of all email campaigns
• Create and brief all assets
• Propose, prepare and monitor new test and learn campaigns - using insight to recommend improvements
• Create and monitor automated trigger campaigns across acquisition, loyalty and service
• Keep up to date with CRM innovation to continually improve engagement

Our expectations for the ideal candidate:

• Previous work experience across email marketing/CRM
• Demonstrable HTML knowledge
• Multi-channel experience
• Knowledge around Exponea/Bloomreach (highly desirable)
