CRM Executive - Leading Luxury Retailer - £37k

I am looking for a CRM Executive to join a world leading luxury retailer, you will need to be driven and ambitious with prior experience in a similar role.

As a CRM Executive you will not only manage the end to end communications and deliver against both customer and business requirements but you will also manage and oversee the daily work of the CRM Assistant.

This position is integral in evaluating the performance of campaigns through SAP Marketing Cloud. You will be focused on maximising customer engagement with a blend of strategic and creative thinking.

Location: Central London

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000

Hybrid Model: 2 days a week in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end to end communications via data segmentation, delivered via email/SMS, social media and push notifications
• Evaluate the performance of the campaigns through SAP Marketing Cloud
• Manage the campaign execution process by preparing the campaign targeted for the corresponding supplier
• Manage and oversee the CRM Assistant
• Build out audiences in IBM and supply data to various teams

Our expectations for the ideal candidate:

• Previous CRM experience with a strong background in data segmentation
• Knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of analytics tools
• Experience of email insights reporting
• Desire to manage others
