CRM Executive (Customer Data) - Leading Luxury Retailer - £38k

I am looking for a CRM Executive to join a world leading luxury retailer, this is a focused position on embedding data capture in lifecycle journeys.

As a Customer Data CRM Executive you will be responsible for growing the database for all communication channels - monitor subscribers ad present opportunities.

We are also launching a new app soon which will be a main focus point for this role.

Location: Central London

Salary: £34,000 - £38,000

Hybrid Model: 2 days a week in the office

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on customer data acquisition
• Database contact management and administration
• Work across SAP Marketing Cloud and Oracle Responsys
• Work independently to project manage / consult on initiatives to ensure data quality
• Analysing data, dashboards and translating into actionable insights

Our expectations for the ideal candidate:

• Previous CRM experience
• Knowledge of SAP Marketing Cloud and Oracle Responsys
• Experience using google analytics
• Demonstratable experience with GDP, data analysis, dashboards and translating data
• Prior experience of working in a large CRM function
