We are urgently seeking a Scrum Master to lead an existing Scrum team already following SAFe Agile methodologies to meet customer deadlines in rapidly changing environment.This for our client who are a Global IT Service Provider. This will be on a long term contract and based in Basingstoke.

The Role

We are looking for a Scrum Master to lead an existing Scrum team already following SAFe Agile methodologies to meet customer deadlines in rapidly changing environment.

Your role will involve leveraging previous proven experience to provide advice, input & support as required across the delivery team, particularly in the areas of design, agile delivery, programme management and service implementation and transition.

You will need to support Agile sprint management by orchestrating, leading and administering agile ceremonies including sprint planning; daily stand-ups; end-of-sprint show and tell and retrospective events

Experience/Skills:

• Coordinate sprints, retrospectives and stand-ups.
• Managing Timelines
• Resolving conflicts and removing obstacles
• Coaching team members
• Help build a proactive environment within which to work.
