Payroll Consultant

Our client is looking for highly skilled Payroll Consultant to join their Edinburgh team for a 6 months initial contract.

Skills required:

• This role is operating at a senior level and will require a big hitter with strong stakeholder management skills, who is personable and gets on well with people. There's no people management.

  Will work closely with the current payroll provider.

  Has to be able to build strong relationships.

  Equally important is being technical and being able to manage large complex payroll runs and systems involving Pensions, share plans, flexible benefits, large salaries, complex tax issues, etc.

  This is a very busy environment so must be able to work well under pressure.

  Doesn't need to have worked in FS before but has to of worked in a large, complex payroll environment.

  Has to be used to troubleshooting, managing 3rd parties, and be resilient.

  Strong MS Office skills.

  Needs strong inter-personal skills
