Our public sector client is looking for 2 experienced Personal Assistants on a Hybrid basis.

Essential skills

  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Experience of working with a range people
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to use range of digital communication platforms and computer systems eg Microsoft 365
  • Administrative skills and supporting senior staff in their inbox and diary management
  • Experience with minutes taking.

Assignment description

  • Undertake administrative duties such as organise meetings, manage diaries and shared mail box of Team staff members, distribute papers, booking venues etc.
  • Take on the administration of mix of Correspondence.
  • Assist in managing other corporate correspondence, triaging, commissioning and quality assuring responses.
  • Respond to Freedom of Information Requests and requests, undertaking duties such as logging and triaging requests, contributing to compliation of draft responses, and carrying out redactions.
  • Respond to complaints made, logging and triaging complaints, checking draft responses compiled by colleagues.
  • Compile content.
  • Assist in managing the Team's records/data/information.
  • Take minutes for various corporate groupings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues.
