PERSONAL ASSISTANT X2 - 5 MONTH - INSIDE IR35
Our public sector client is looking for 2 experienced Personal Assistants on a Hybrid basis.
Essential skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- Experience of working with a range people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use range of digital communication platforms and computer systems eg Microsoft 365
- Administrative skills and supporting senior staff in their inbox and diary management
- Experience with minutes taking.
Assignment description
- Undertake administrative duties such as organise meetings, manage diaries and shared mail box of Team staff members, distribute papers, booking venues etc.
- Take on the administration of mix of Correspondence.
- Assist in managing other corporate correspondence, triaging, commissioning and quality assuring responses.
- Respond to Freedom of Information Requests and requests, undertaking duties such as logging and triaging requests, contributing to compliation of draft responses, and carrying out redactions.
- Respond to complaints made, logging and triaging complaints, checking draft responses compiled by colleagues.
- Compile content.
- Assist in managing the Team's records/data/information.
- Take minutes for various corporate groupings.
- Collaborate with colleagues.
