About the opportunity:
Joining as a Junior Sales Rep, you will be provided with all training and tools for success. Earning a fixed base income with the opportunity to earn over 30% of your base if you hit your KPI targets. Commission is very achievable and also uncapped.
- Strong customer service or some basic sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good level of confidence to speak with business level executives and managers
- Strong ambition, drive and motivation
- Intermediate computer skills, using sales tracking systems and other tools
- Work 5-days onsite, head office - West Midlands
- A mixture of different sales activities which include;
- Cold calling to potential new customers
- Arranging meetings
- Email targeting
- LinkedIn targeting
- Lead generation
- Lead qualification
