Trade Floor Support IT Engineer

City of London - On site 5 days a week (shifts falling between 7 am - 10 pm)

On call - 1 in every 7 weeks

12 month contract

My client, a Global Financial services company, is looking for an experienced Trade Floor Engineer who has previous Trade Floor experience and is skilled in supporting Market Data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters in a Trading Floor environment.

You will be required to lead by example and deliver a highly organised support service. The candidate should be a strong support engineer and advocate for the Trading Support function, able to communicate with all levels of business users, senior members of staff and IT Managers.

Key Skills & Experiences

• Previous Trade Floor Support experience
• Windows 10 desktop support knowledge
• Knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware and VDI environment
• Experience supporting Market Data applications such as Bloomberg, Reuters in a Trading Floor environment
• Experience in supporting Office 365
