• Appropriate range of experience at a senior HR level.
• Experience of leading, directing and empowering people and teams.
• An ability to maintain focus, vary style, confront and challenge issues, using logic and emotion to construct complex discussions and challenges.
• Able to evidence the following behaviours: Relationships & Collaboration, Solve Problems & Make Decisions, Plan & Organise

Desirable skills

• Chartered Member of CIPD
• Experience of leading in the development of HR policy and process from design to implementation.
