Finance System Developer- Law firm

Salary: up to £85K base depending on experience

The client

A international law and professional servicing firm, are looking for a Finance Systems Developer to join them on a permanent basis.

You

You will focus on supporting the finance Systems team within the IT Department. You will be providing support and development for the firms PMS and Risk and Compliance system, developing their existing integrations to the Aderant PSM and provide advice on Aderant Architecture

Your responsibilities

The role will have split responsibilities; you will be taking lead of projects but this role will also require you to operate as the tech lead day to day (providing support to the global business when required including troubleshooting and BAU work).

• Develop new API integrations from PMS system to third party systems
• Ownership of, and troubleshoot if required, existing data integration solutions
• Collaborate with the finance teams and various departments to develop solutions to enhance and streamline processes
• Provide Ad-hoc reporting, for both Finance and business, using SQL queries to interrogate data from Aderant Expert
• Assist the Finance Systems team in dealing with escalated 2nd line supports calls from IT Service Desk.

Experience

• Experience with Aderant Expert and Intapp Time in a law firm and/or professional services firm is highly beneficial
• Legal finance systems development experience
• Application and Back End knowledge of Aderant Expert and Intapp Suite including solutions such as Intapp Time and Intapp Terms
• Intapp Flow development and general system integration experience with Intapp Integrate highly desirable
• Ability to write and understand complexed SQL statements
• Advanced knowledge of MS Visual Studio, SQL Server, SSIS and SSRS and ability to write SQL statements
