We are currently in the market for a Business Automation Lead to work closely with the business service departments of a global law firm, with a remit to reduce manual effort across the firm.

As Business Automation Lead, you will be expected to work closely with departments including HR, Finance, Marketing and IT to identify opportunities for automation, evaluate potential automation opportunities, calculate business value and impact and create and manage a prioritised backlog.

This is not a technically hands-on role, however there is a requirement of close collaboration with the IT departments as you look to implement new technology.

The Business Automation Lead will work closely with various business heads to ensure there is a strong support model in place following service transition processes for all new automation initiatives, and ensure any automations are aligned with global processes.

As the go to person for all new automation opportunities within the firm, a strong passion for automation/RPA is required and the sucessful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar position within another organisation.

This role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 50% of your time being office based in London.
